The Flow of the Day

During our 7 hours together you’ll receive business guidance & support focusing on 3 key areas:

9:00 - Meet and greet with morning tea & grounding meditation

9:15 - Roundtable conversation giving you time to verbalise your passion & tell us more about you & your business. The aspects you love & the areas you need support & of course where you’re seeking GROWTH

10:30 - Unwind & review your business [audit]. Nadine will guide you through deconstructing your business. Audit the business model you have now & review whether your beloved business is actually fitting into your life, what’s working, what’s not & more importantly WHY.

12:00 - Chef-prepared lunch in the garden

1:00 - Cultivate and explore [action plan]. Through Nadine’s process of mind mapping, together we’ll explore ways to GROW REVENUE within your existing business along with additional streams of income you may not have even though of. More than just an inspiring brainstorm we will be creating an ALIGNED ACTION PLAN you can implement immediately.

2:30 - Growth and expansion [removing blockers]. During afternoon tea, we’ll finish the day discussing MINDSET and uncovering the potential blocks that are holding you back such as imposter syndrome, lack of confidence in pricing, or something completely unique to you.

4:00 - Farewell with a clear actionable plan moving into the future with CONFIDENCE, CLARITY & most importantly feeling supported.

6 WEEKS LATER - A group follow-up call over Zoom will give you the accountability you may need to put your plans into action & the chance to reconnect with our supportive group and share what’s worked for you.

A Note from Nadine…

As a passionate floral designer and educator for over 30 years — across my own businesses and through 17+ years as a qualified teacher in the formal education space — I can honestly say, I love teaching and openly sharing the full picture with my students and clients.

Mentoring is a huge part of what I offer through The Ivy Institute. I’m deeply committed to giving creative women the guidance and support I know I needed myself at different stages on my path as a floral-preneur.

A dedicated, affordable day focused on business growth and personalised strategy is something I’ve long offered in my 1:1 sessions — but I’ve been dreaming of creating this experience in a small, in-person group setting for a while now.
