Bridal bouquets - learn to build multiple bouquets using a variety of techniques & mechanics - exploring new trends and defining your own signature style.
Wearable designs - learn modern fine wiring and glueing techniques to create floral cuff / pocket & alternative boutonniere / head piece.
Wholesome catered lunch.
Photography session - photo & styling tips to create professional imagery for your portfolio
Large scale group installation - group creation of a lush ceremony design
Finishing with shared grazing board + glass of bubbles.
Your course fee will include fresh materials for the group installation sessions of the course, but also allows for a DIY flowers approach for the farm tour component. Allowing you the creative freedom to design using the florals & colour pallets that best represent your brand & ideal clients, with the view that they can be used in your current portfolio.
We begin Day 1….
With an exclusive private tour of the stunning OXLEY HILL FARM FLOWERS. During this 1 hr tour, owner & farmer Candice will share her knowledge & passion for growing as we wander among the abundance of blooms, finishing the tour in the flower shed where you’ll have the opportunity to purchase your flowers for our 2 days of designing.
Return to The Ivy Greenhouse, learning multiple ways to prep & condition your flowers over herbal tea & treats.
Melting Tablescape - You’ll create a table centrepiece design using kenzan followed by our group Installation where Nadine shares her process on creating a luxe melting tablescape using foam free mechanics for our shared long table lunch.
Wholesome catered lunch.
Business coaching, master your quoting and proposals process, learn to price for profit & refine your client journey. Open Q&A / group coaching session throughout the 2 days.
